Gardner is pleased to announce that all of our clinics have Flu Shot Walk-in Hours. The shots are only $12.50 for Adults and $15.50 for children and pregnant women (preservative-free vaccinations). These charges only apply if you do not have any type of Insurance or State Funded Program.

Community Diabetes Project

In 1996, the Hospital Council Santa Clara Section began to fund and implement a community benefits project focusing on Latinos living with diabetes. The emphasis was on developing and improving access to education and primary care services. This effort gave birth to the Community Diabetes Project, a program of Community Health Partnership.
