Gardner provides comprehensive health care services dedicated to improving the health status of the low and moderate-income communities in Santa Clara County, especially to disenfranchised, poor and most vulnerable members.
Gardner is an affiliation of two non-profit 501 (c ) (3) community-based organizations in Santa Clara County. Gardner Family Health Network (GFHN) provides family health, women’s health, pediatric, dental, pharmacy, nutrition and optometry services. Gardner Family Care Corporation (GFCC) provides behavioral and mental health services.
Both organizations have been independently providing services to the community for over 30 years.

Gardner is pleased to announce that all of our clinics have Flu Shot Walk-in Hours. The shots are only $12.50 for Adults and $15.50 for children and pregnant women (preservative-free vaccinations). These charges only apply if you do not have any type of Insurance or State Funded Program.
