Gardner's health clinics provide services in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, and Russian.

Gardner accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids, Healthy Families. Sliding Scale fees are available for uninsured patients. We can assist with Medi-Cal applications and other financial assistance programs.

Mental Health (Centro de Bienestar) Centro De Bienestar (Center of Well Being) is a multi-service behavioral health care provider. Our services include:

  • Assessments
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Therapy (individual and group)
  • Rehabilitation services
  • Case management
  • Medication and prescription monitoring
  • Neuropsychological and psychological testing
  • Outreach prevention

Substance abuse counseling (Proyecto Primavera)

  • Drinker Driver Program
  • Deferred entry of judgement (DEJ) program
  • Alcohol/Drug Outpatient and SACPA treatment programs
  • Perinatal intensive outreach treatment program

WIC (Women Infant Children) Services The Woman, Infants & Children (WIC) Program includes a supplemental food and nutrition program for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children up to five years who are at nutritional risk.
