Gardner's health clinics provide services in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, and Russian.
Gardner accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids, Healthy Families. Sliding Scale fees are available for uninsured patients. We can assist with Medi-Cal applications and other financial assistance programs.

Centro De Bienestar (Center of Well Being) is a multi-service behavioral health care provider. Our services include:
- Assessments
- Crisis Intervention
- Therapy (individual and group)
- Rehabilitation services
- Case management
- Medication and prescription monitoring
- Neuropsychological and psychological testing
- Outreach prevention
Substance abuse counseling (Proyecto Primavera)
- Drinker Driver Program
- Deferred entry of judgement (DEJ) program
- Alcohol/Drug Outpatient and SACPA treatment programs
- Perinatal intensive outreach treatment program
WIC (Women Infant Children) Services
The Woman, Infants & Children (WIC) Program includes a supplemental food and nutrition program for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children up to five years who are at nutritional risk.
